Return policy

We know that sometimes people change their minds about buying a bike. If that happens to you, you can of course return your Stålhästen bike. But, you pay the return delivery charges, and you need to return the bike to us within 14 days of receiving it. Contact us at before you return a product so we can help you do it in the best way. All returns are paid by the customer unless it is defect. 

For special made products we do not offer any return right. 

Warranties and complaints

We offer 1 year product warranty. We only process complaints if you have a valid receipt of your purchase. You issue a complaint by informing us within a reasonable time after you discovered the defect. You must also explain why you think the product is defect and send pictures of the defect. The warranty does not cover periodic inspections, maintenance, repair, replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear and damage caused to the product through improper use or handling.


Fedex is our designated distributer for bicycles and accessories found in our shop. Delivery time is normally 5-7 days unless otherwise stated in on the website. However, in the unlikely event that your order is delayed you’ll be informed about this via email sent to the address you stated at the time of your purchase.

Unclaimed packages

Not retrieved goods are returned to us. For any package that is not claimed, we reserve the right to charge you 49 EUR for the return freigth and administration. 


Your bike gets delivered, 85% assembled, in a robust box. The only things you need to attach are the front tire, handlebar, and saddle. In return you get a men's bike for a very decent price. If you are unsure , contact a professional bike fitter who can assemble the bike for you!
